Q.What is Dropshipping ?
Dropshipping is where we hold all the stock and you sell our items on auction sites ,your website or wherever you wish.
The prices you see on our website is the price you buy at ,so you mark up our products at the price you wish.
After you sell one of our products you purchase from us at our discounted prices and then we dispatch to your customer ,all packages are unmarked and NO invoice or receipt are included ,so your customer has no idea the package didnt come from you .
Our return address and post code is marked on the back of the package as is required by the post office ,if your customer has to a return any package just ask them to return to your warehouse address as marked on the package.
Q. Is there a minimum order?
Wholesale order is minimum of £50.00.

Q. Why do you charge a dropship membership fee?
We charge this One Off Fee to stop members of the general public buying from us at trade prices and it also stops timewasters registering with us.
You can create an account with us to see our prices but to use our dropship service you will need to purchase a dropship account for lifetime membership is only £9.99
All prices shown once you have created an account is the price you pay plus delivery
If you are just going to buy wholesale from us you dont need to pay the fee as long as the delivery address is yours and the order is £50.00 or more.
Q. Do I have to sell at your RRP?
These are listed as a guide price but its up to you what price you sell at.
Q. What do you charge for shipping?

Q.How long does delivery take ?
Instock items are dispatched within 24-48 hours & once dispatched delivery to you or your customer should take 1-3 working days.
Q. Will the order when shipped include your details?

You can if you wish have your own address as the return on all packages if required along with your website address ,company logo or slogan & telephone number ,just let us know and we will mark this on your account.
Q. How do you deal with returns?
As a wholesaler & dropshipper we take every care to ensure all of our products reach you or your customer in perfect condition.
However, if you or your customer are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.
We must be notified of items being returned within 48 hours of receipt.
The item must be received by us within 7 days.We do not cover the cost of you returning products.
If your customer wishes to return an item as is the wrong size or they have simply changed their mind ,we unlike some other dropshippers will accept the item for return but we do not refund for this ,the item will be kept instock for you until you resell it and then you pay the shipping fee to your new customer.
If the item is not in a resaleable condition we will advise you of this within 24 hours of return.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons -
Wigs , Stockings , Panties
Q. Will you contact my customer with future offers?
Absolutely not.Your customer is yours and we never use your customers details except to ship the item(s).
Q. What is eBay Reserve ?
You can now pre reserve a product you have listed for auction on eBay to ensure stock is available when you sell the item.
You have two choices with eBay Reserve you can purchase the item once you have a bidder or when you list the item.
If the auction item fails to sell you will receive credit to buy another item.
Q.Can i sell all your products on eBay or other auction sites ?
