Returns
As a wholesaler & dropshipper we take every care to ensure all of our products reach you or your customer in perfect condition. However, if you or your customer are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.
Note: We must be notified of items being returned within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 7 days.
You or your customer are responsible for the item until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning products.
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our findings and arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable.
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as is practically feasible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can for you.
If your customer wishes to return an item as is the wrong size or they have simply changed their mind ,we unlike some other dropshippers will accept the item for return but we do not refund for this ,the item will be kept instock for you until you resell it and then you pay the shipping fee to your new customer.
If you do not resell the item after 90 days you can have credit towards another purchase .Clearance items are exempt for credit and will have to be resold by you.
If the item is not in a resaleable condition we will advise you of this within 24 hours of return.
